Yoga for Stress Management
Today, we find a growing body of scientific evidence, which shows that the technology of yoga and meditation can have immediate and far-reaching impact in establishing a clear, calm, focused, and healthy state of being, even for individuals who are in the midst of intense, high-pressure situations on a regular basis in their daily lives. We want to provide a self-sufficient program that anyone can use to help ease the stresses and strains from living in a high-stress world. The Create Inner Peace project was designed for workers in high-stress jobs, specifically First Responders. Course Registration Details
