Yoga for Stress Management

This landmark project pioneered by the State of New Mexico offers First Responders classes to learn the technology of Yoga and Meditation. Students completing the course are amazed at the results and commented that after taking only a few of the classes, they were better able to manage and recover from symptoms of Critical Incident Stress. Today, we find a growing body of scientific evidence, which shows that the technology of yoga and meditation can have immediate and far-reaching impact in establishing a clear, calm, focused, and healthy state of being, even for individuals who are in the midst of intense, high-pressure situations on a regular basis in their daily lives.

We want to provide a self-sufficient program that anyone can use to help ease the stresses and strains from living in a high-stress world. The Create Inner Peace project was designed for workers in high-stress jobs, specifically First Responders.
